Faq

Yes, the software covers support, software, and data storage. Our software pricing is flexible and we pride ourselves on our ability to craft a package that fits your needs and your budget.

Yep! Perch is compatible with most racks right out of the box. If your rack has a cylindrical cross member, or an obtrusion, we have a solution called the “Rack Adapter” that will enable you to use Perch no problem!

Perch can be placed on the ground or on a box, provided you calibrate the camera for each exercise you perform, it will work in every scenario!

Currently, Perch is fully compatible with Android and iOS! We recommend a 10” display with at least a 1.6 GHz processor, 16 GB Storage, 2 GB RAM, and Bluetooth and WiFi capable.

Perch can be powered via wall or outlet power, or with our battery. The Perch battery has 10-12 hours of continuous usage, and can power down in between sessions, and is fully rechargeable in about 3-4 hours.

Depending on your weight rack, the best place is the outermost cross-member in the middle of the rack.

Yes! We even sell a custom Pelican case to enable easier transportation.
